Multilingualism Doctoral School
Guide for Applicants

Necessary documents for the application:
- Completed Application form
- Certified copy of the Master's Degree documents
- Certifed copy of the study report about the whole MA training at the university
(Except the case when the master degree was acquired at the University of Pannonia)
- Foreign language examination certifcate
- Letter of acceptance from the supervisor
- CV, list of publications, copy of documents about other professional activities
- Reference for the applicant from a former supervisor or employer
- The support of the employer for the Doctoral training in case of applicants with present employment
- Statement if the applicant has ever applied to a doctoral school before or not
- Certificate of good conduct
- Certificate about the transfer of the applications fee (9000 HUF for EU citizens, and EUR 150 for non-EU citizens)

Training fee from September 2024
For EU citizens: HUF 600,000,- / semester
For non-EU citizens: € 5,000,- / year

Entrance exam criteria for acceptance
- MA or identical degree document with minimum Good qualification (80% or above) (12-15 points),
- required language proficiency level (min. English B2 CEFR or 6,5 IELTS), additional language (max. 3 + 3 points)
- professional scientific activity (max. 20 points): publication activity (max. 10 points), student research (max. 10 points)
- prior professional activity (max. 10 points)
- professional theoretical knowledge of the research area (max. 30 points).

Planned number of accepted students: 10 persons/year
